One of our favorites is a vibrant, chilled green punch that’s not only delightful for the holiday but also a favorite request throughout the year!
St. Patrick’s Day Festive Punch
Ingredients:
- ½ Gallon Lime Sherbet
- 1 2-Liter Bottle Lemon-Lime Soda
- 1 2-Liter Bottle Ginger Ale
- 1 Can Frozen Limeade Concentrate
- 2-3 Limes (optional for garnish)
- 2-3 Drops Green Food Coloring (if you want a richer green shade)
- Green Sugar Crystals (optional for glass rim decoration)
Directions:
- Begin with a spacious punch bowl.
- Mix together the lemon-lime soda, ginger ale, and frozen limeade concentrate.
- For a richer hue, consider adding 2-3 drops of green food coloring at this stage.
- Gently fold in the lime sherbet, allowing it to remain in chunks to keep the punch chilled.
- For a decorative touch, slice a lime and moisten the rim of your serving glasses with it. Then, dip the moistened rim into green sugar crystals to add a festive sparkle.
